Praised be Jesus Christ! Hello, and thank you for welcoming me into your parish. My name is Braden Lynch, and I am a seminarian of the Archdiocese of Baltimore on pastoral year here at Sacred Heart for the next 14 months. I first took the faith and my possible call to priesthood seriously in high school, and I have not looked back since! I have completed six years of formation, and including this pastoral year, I have three years until I will be ordained to the priesthood, please God. My first four years of formation were at St. John Paul II College Seminary in Washington, D.C. The past two years, and two to come after this pastoral year, are at Mount St. Mary's Seminary in Emmitsburg. A few quick facts about me:
• Born and raised in Laurel, MD, with two sisters
(middle child).
• Attended public school from K-12
(Howard County) until entering college seminary.
• Passionate about prayer, liturgy
(especially the Mass), and music.
• Hobbies include reading books, playing sports
(Frisbee and basketball, especially), running, and exercising.
We welcome Braden to our Sacred Heart Parish community!
