Steps for submitting written testimony to the Maryland General Assembly:

1. Click here to create an MGA Tracking Account.


2. Once your account is created, login to your MyMGA account, and click Witness Sign-up on the left.


3. Find the bill you wish to testify about and upload your testimony. Click here to find all Legislation under review that can be tracked and all scheduled Meetings (hearings).

Note that written testimony must be submitted 2 days in advance of the hearing.
