Although many non-religious cite science as the reason for their lack of faith, the Catholic Church every year in mid-November celebrates the feast of St. Albert the Great, the patron saint of scientists.
Sister Albertine, a Dominican sister who studied and researched in astrophysics before entering the Dominican order, will share her story of how she went from scientist to sister and how the study of the universe and creation can lead toward, not away from, the Creator of all things. All are welcome on Thursday, November 18 at 7:00 PM in the Main Church!
