Getting out of Ourselves
This happens in our daily lives and gets us tangled up and preoccupied with ourselves. The constant call is to get our gaze beyond ourselves on Jesus and onto others in our midst who need our friendship. We will reflect on some practical ways to build up that habit, especially by way of the Morning Offering.

Hearing the Truth of Who We Are
The core of each one of our identities is to be the Beloved Daughter or Son of the Father- just as Jesus is! We will dive deep into the reality of our own baptisms that reveal this truth about us and engage in some imaginative prayer to help us come back to the truth again and again.

Rejecting the Lie
Even when we practice these good habits of prayer, the Enemy of our True Human Nature still has his ways of getting us turned back in on ourselves and believing lies about ourselves that leave us discouraged, anxious, resentful, and afraid. Some tips will be given for how to reject those lies on the fly during our daily living.
