Sacred Heart's Prayer Shawl Ministry began in 2008. We are a group of women who share our time and talent to knit and crochet shawls for the sick and infirm. After being blessed, the shawls are given to anyone who is seriously ill or to people knowing someone who is seriously ill.

Over two hundred blessed shawls have been given to persons in and around our parish and local community.

Shawls may be requested at any time through the Parish Center. They are also distributed twice a year after the Anointing of the Sick Masses.

The group meets in Room 105 from September to June on the first Tuesday of the month from 1:15 – 2:15 PM. If you are interested in joining this ministry or want to learn how to knit or crochet, please join us.
